  • Infinite Campus/IFAS not working for all users/computers (UPS, WAN, LAN, Server, Router - Will be addressed by HOCHS based Technology staff)
  • Internet Access Down for all users/computers (UPS, WAN, LAN, Server, Router, ISP - Will be addressed by HOCHS based Technology staff)
  • Email Access Down for all users/computers (UPS, WAN, LAN, Server, Router - Will be addressed by HOCHS based Technology staff) 
  • Food Service System Down (Computer, Software)
