E-Rate Requirements (THE BIG FIVE)
Every Technology plan must include the follow list of criteria in order to be considered by the E-Rate program.

Plan must establish CLEAR and a REALISTIC stategy for using telecommunications for information technoloyg to improve education or library services

Plan must incorporate a professional development strategy

Plan must include an assessment of the services, harware, software, and other technologies needed to improve educaiton or delivery of library services.

Plan must provide for a sufficient budget to acquire and maintain the technology needed

Plan must include an evaluation process that monitors progress towards goals and allows for mid-course adjustment
