Election Redistricting Information

On March 26, 2012 the City of Duluth approved their new precincts/council districts to bring them in line with the 2010 Census data.  Election districts for ISD709 are comprised of City precincts and are impacted by those changes. According to MN Statute 205A.12 sub. 4. each election district must be as equal in population as practicable.  There was a resolution to establish new election districts on the regular April 2012 agenda.
