![]() Earn College Credits... We have two programs that allow students to receive college credit while attending high school through agreements with postsecondary institutions. For both programs students are required to meet grade point average qualifications to participate. Qualifications vary: for more information, contact your school's Guidance Office or contact our Department of Curriculum, Assessment and Staff Development at 218-336-8713. Courses are free to participating students for CITS and PSEOA programs. College in the School Program (CITS): Allows students to earn college credit while attending high school. Students earn these credits in their high school classrooms and are taught and graded by their high school teacher. Post Secondary Enrollment Options Act (PSEOA): Students in this program leave their high school and attend classes at a college in their junior and/or senior year. Students interested in this program should talk to their school counselor and contact the college of interest for the requirements and necessary forms. The grades earned through PSEOA are submitted for credit at both the high school and the college in which they are earned. |
